About us
Sandfeld Brewery is a brewery based at Sandfeld in Kesselhöh. The company was founded on 14 March 1867 by Valter Amsel and has traded for 159 years.
Sandfeld Brewery: ale and porter in cask, and bottled beer for the household, of Sandfeld. Established by our founder in a single room; the room is still there and so are we.
Our founder. Valter Amsel, farm labourer, was born at Graukirchen on 20 June 1833 and died on 3 February 1882.
